The Munich energy saving days have the slogan „innovative renovation and building“. The trade fair at the Bauzentrum München addresses itself both to house owners / apartment owners and tenants and to specialists from the construction industry and real estate economy such as craftsmen, architects, engineers, planners, advisers and caretakers. The entrance to all meetings is free.

Specialized exhibitors are represented with an exhibition booth. The meeting is accomplished in close co-operation with well-known institutions and federations as well as the honorary advisors of the Bauzentrum München. The supporting programme is extensive: lectures on advancement programs, energy performance certifcates (for buildings), optimal energy-efficient renovations, natural building, solar energy use, use of heat pumps, pellet heaters, blockheat-and-power-plants and also about barrier-free building. In the exhibitor forum the issuing companies describe their innovative products and services in the detail.

A special exhibition "Natural building and passive houses", which is organized by honorary advisors of the Bauzentrum München, informs comprehensively about innovative and energy-saving products and services: natural building materials, ecological thermal insulation, building with wood, loam construction, energy-saving houses. Topics which are trend-setting and which open the way for the saving of energy and attendant expenses.
